ZYVOX Side Effects Report #SELF-4232

Male patient reported the following ZYVOX side effect(s):Gastrointestinal problems. Loose stool and multiple movements per day beginning the third day of a ten day course of treatment. By the fifth day of treatment I noticed a yeast infection developing in my anus and groin area.

Dosage: 1,200 mgs. per day
Frequency: Twice per day in two, 600 mg. tablets

Other medications: Toprol (Metoprolol)
Diagnosis: Strep Throat infection.
