Reclast Side Effects Report #SELF-4245

Male patient reported the following Reclast side effect(s):Day of infusion-extreme pain in right shoulder and back. Next day extreme pain and inablility to function. Pain in back and legs, shivering when it was warm then fever and very warm . Lethergy and slight pain third day.
