Female patient reported the following Bystolic 20 mg side effect(s):Urinary retention, pelvic floor spasms, leg spasms
I began having UTI symptoms just after taking Bystolic for a few days. I had urine retention, difficulty urinating. It caused muscle spasms in my pelvic floor and legs.
