Female patient reported the following OPTIRAY side effect(s):Difficulty Breathing Passed Out Cardiac Arrest Breathing Stopped Blood Pressure Dropped Lost Pulse Swelling of throat Heart Stopped Death

AFTER BEING INJECTED WITH OPTIRAY, PATIENT HAD DIFFICULTY BREATHING AND PASSED OUT. PATIENT LOST PULSE AND BREATHING AND HEART STOPPED. PATIENT DIED OF ANAPHALCTIC SHOCK.
