Mirena Side Effects Report #SELF-4320

Female patient reported the following Mirena side effect(s):Sudden change in vision (perephial) which deteriorated rapidly thereafter and was at a grade 3 papilledema within 1 month.

Although I evidently had a stroke sometime in May, I do not recall the event. I do remember one day noticing the rapid loss of vision along with a severe headache in my left temple.
