Azithromycin Side Effects Report #SELF-4499

Female patient reported the following Azithromycin side effect(s):Severe rash

3 tablets prescribed, 3 taken. Rash was evident on waking on day 3, 48 hours after commencing treatment. Visible rash all over body, started to itch with increasing intensity 12 hours after being visible. Throat infection still evident though reduced discomfort, glands still slightly swollen.
