Crestor Side Effects Report #SELF-4697
Male patient reported the following Crestor side effect(s):skin rash on abdomen, legs, arms
started taking Crestor along with Niacin (500mg) in March 2009, after 3-4 weeks started developing itching skin on legs, arms and belly which progressively grew into an acute rash. Stopped both medications, but rash did not subside for the next 6 weeks. Prescribed steriod and antibiotics to control/ Rash subsided after 4 weeks but left dark patches of discolored skin.
