Tysabri Side Effects Report #SELF-4887

Female patient reported the following Tysabri side effect(s):Allergic reaction. Swollen face, tongue, throat, arms and legs

Was schedule for a morning infusion of Tysabri 30 minutes into the infusion I started to get itchy. I notified the nurse and she didn\'t notice anything. A few minutes later I told the nurse that it was getting worse. They called my Neurologist and asked permission to administer the Epi-pen. He told them \"No\" to give me Benadryl and call the ambulance. When the paramedics arrived they gave me more Benadryl and some steriods. They rushed me to the Emergency room.
