Januvia Side Effects Report #SELF-5009

Male patient reported the following Januvia side effect(s):incredible constipation. No desire to move bowels. also bladder irritation. I had been on Januvia before and stopped it because of bladder irritation. My doctor insisted I take it, so I did. This time I had the bladder irritation plus the constipation. I have very rarely been constipated in my life. I had to take a laxitive for 3 days to get my bowels to move. I am now back to normal.
