Reclast Side Effects Report #SELF-5029
Female patient reported the following Reclast side effect(s):Swollen lymph nodes in neck, severe pain in muscles of neck shoulder and and back. Sustained muscles spasms down both sides of my spine. Hand tremor in both hands. Increased weakness in leg affected by polio as a child. Fatigue.
One week after receiving an initial dose of Reclast the symptoms I described above began. It worsened over the next two days and resulted in a trip to the emergency room. I received an IV of Dilaudid and a muscle relaxer which did not entirely relieve the pain. At home I took prescribed Prednisone and Oxycodone and a muscle relaxant but I still had serious pain.
