Female patient reported the following Vigamox side effect(s):Shoulder pain at rest.

Eye drops administered for eye infection. Shoulder pain appeared two to three hours after administration.

Event date: Tuesday April 14th 12:00:00 AM
Dosage: moxifloxacin hydrocholoride 0.5%.
Frequency: 1 drop 3X daily

Other medications: Premarin .625, multivitamin

Pre-existing conditions: Physically active older person had been prescribed Cipro in previous month, had suffered shoulder tendinitis after 10 days of Cipro.
