Female patient reported the following Coreg side effect(s):Fatigue, insomnia, cold hands and feet, palpatations, dizziness

This medication has made me so fatigued and at times it\'s hard to do minimal activities and to take care of my home. I don\'t sleep well and have insomnia at times.

Dosage: 12.5 mg in the morning and 25.0 mg at night
Frequency: 2 times a day

Diagnosis: Cardiomyopathy and CHF
Pre-existing conditions: I had no heart disease prior to this. It was caused by a virus.
