Azithromycin Side Effects Report #SELF-5087

Male patient reported the following Azithromycin side effect(s):Panic Attack (severe), Pounding Heart, ongoing pin prick sensation on face and arms.

Took first two days of five day regimen as directed; that\'s three of the 250mg pills. Panic attack ensued 45 minutes after dose on day 2. Discontinued use. Effects are lingering several days later.
