CIPROBAY Report: Restlessness nausea stomach pain
A following CIPROBAY side effect report was submitted by a user.
Female patient reported the following CIPROBAY 500mg.Tablet 2 x a day as prescribed by the physician ( E.R.) side effects :
restlessness, nausea, stomach pain, upset stomach, severe headache, shortness or difficulty of breathing, feeling bloated, pain from chest going down up to legs n feet, muscle cramps on legs and has been swoolen.
had a severe stomach pain and shortness of breath...and continous the pain at my back also from back ribs to the hips down to my legs. My legs and feet were swollen for 2 days now...Side Effect Event date: Saturday September 11th 12:00:00 AM
Medication Dosage: 2x a day 500mg tab. Ciprobay up to 7 days
Medication Frequency: every 12 hrs taken
Patient Age: 50
Patient Weight: 48
Other medications: none
Diagnosis: Loose bowel movement - watery and greenish. Had my fecalisis exam., results was infection. So, the E.R. Physician on duty prescribed me \" CIPROBAY (Ciprofloxacin) 500mg. tab. 2 x daily for 7 days.
Pre-existing conditions: allergies to some of anti-biotic meds., and other inflammatory meds. also...
Birth Defects? No
Was intervention required to prevent damage? No
Other serious medical events? Yes about to be hospitalized, i discontinued the ciprobay because of the side effects i\'m experiencing.
