DTAP (INFANRIX) problem was reported from WI on Feb 23, 2007. Male patient , child 1.2 years of age, was vaccinated with DTAP (INFANRIX) on Feb 15, 2007. "Red, rash, blotchy on legs (both) and abdomen. Itchy? Resolved in 48 hours completely. Mother gave cool bath, ibuprofen.". . . Patient recovered.DTAP (INFANRIX) problem was reported from WI on Feb 23, 2007. Female patient , child 5 years of age, was vaccinated with DTAP (INFANRIX) on Feb 20, 2007. "Immediately after vaccines given, patient sneezed multiple times then was laughing and talking. Within 5 minutes she became cyanotic pulse oximetry 77%, 02 per NRB mask with increase to 96% then developed nasal congestion vomited copious mucus. Then mild respiratory distress - wheezing Albuterol was given saturation to 95% on RA. Then vasodilation and itch (approximately 43"" after vaccine) Loratadine.". NONE. "P C from mother of client states approx. one hour after vaccination child had redness swelling on thighs to knee area, child limping and not wanting knees to be touched. Gave Motrin every 6 hours this reaction lasted for six days and today client has rash also on right outer thigh. Small red bumps and child still limping. Has not taken child to physician yet. "On 1/30/2007 pt had fever of 99 and a few lesions: 1 lesion with an erythematous base, not quite a clear blister, but there was a papule, and she had some scattered erythematous fine papules in the diaper area. "Child received Dtap(IM) to left lateral thigh on 2/22/07. Mother stated that left leg was swollen 24 hours post injection. Pt came to clinic on 2/24/07 with left thigh swelling and center warm to touch, no fever, no streaking. Child jumping and running. Left thigh treated with cold compress, motrin and prophylactic antibiotics for 7 days.". . . Patient recovered.

DTAP (INFANRIX) problem was reported from MS on Mar 09, 2007. Male patient , child 01 years of age, was vaccinated with DTAP (INFANRIX) on Feb 28, 2007. Reported that client's mom stated that he had a fever of 99 F that occurred the same day of the vaccination. There were two small knots on his legs. No rednesss. They resolved within a few days. Mom didn't remember which leg.. None. None. Patient recovered.

DTAP (INFANRIX) problem was reported from WI on Mar 12, 2007. Male patient , child 5 years of age, was vaccinated with DTAP (INFANRIX) on Mar 12, 2007. "Day 1: Left arm had DTaP and IVP vaccinations (right arm had MMR). Day 3: We noticed considerable swelling, redness and very hot left arm and shoulder (onset may have been much sooner - with the cold winter weather our son had on long sleeved shirts and pajamas at all times - we discovered because son was complaining of pain in the arm). Left arm was 20-25% larger than right arm. Returned to doctor immediately (48 hours after vaccinations). Dr. prescribed Cefadroxil 250MG/5ML Susp 100ML - 6ml twice/day for 10 days. No change for first 24 hours, but after 24 hours redness and swelling was reduced somewhat. Day 5: Dr. requested re-check visit. Swelling/redness/warmth down considerably. Day 8: (today) arm appears normal. Will have final Dr. visit 3/16/07 (Day 12) to verify complete recovery.". None. None. Patient recovered.
