Female patient , child 3 years of age, was vaccinated with HIB (ACTHIB) on Oct 25, 2007. 3yr old received Boostrix (Tdap) instead of indicated Daptacel (DTaP). No adverse events reported.. None. . Patient recovered.HIB (ACTHIB) problem was reported from PA on Nov 23, 2007. Female patient , child 4 years of age, was vaccinated with HIB (ACTHIB) on Nov 13, 2007. "Seen 11-8-07 D/T rash on chest, back & face that comes & goes for x3 weeks.". None. None. Patient recovered.
HIB (ACTHIB) problem was reported from FL on Dec 06, 2007. Male patient , child 1.0 years of age, was vaccinated with HIB (ACTHIB) on Nov 28, 2007. "Urticarial rash, right thigh-worse at injection site-Had approx 4 cm erythema at site and one urticarial lesion". . None. Patient recovered.
HIB (ACTHIB) problem was reported from SC on Dec 07, 2007. Female patient , child 1.1 years of age, was vaccinated with HIB (ACTHIB) on Dec 07, 2007. "Patient developed left leg limping several days after vaccine administration. No ambulation for 1 - 2 days. Remained afebrile. She was somewhat fussy and appeared in pain whenever she was put down to walk. On follow-up examination, she ambulated well, but with a mild limped gait favoring the left leg. Vital signs were stable. Naproxen 100 mg every 8 hours was prescribed for 1 week duration. A follow up appointment was recommended when her Naproxen medication course was complete, or sooner if fever develops and/or no symptomatic improvement results.". None. . Patient recovered.

"Patient presented with mildly erythematous macular blanching rash on trunk. Three lesions, vesicles, on erythematous base consistent with Varicella per physician exam.". . . Patient recovered.
