"MMR vaccine was administered on June 18, around 10:30 a.m. On Wed., July 20, patient began having seizures that were visible by eye twitches. She developed a fever that ran between 100.4 to 102 on Friday, June 22, 2007. After repeated phone calls from Wed (6/20)to Saturday (6/23), and one visit to the pediatrician (on 6/21), who said it was not a seizure, I took her to Emergency Room at which time the ER physician said immediately they were certainly seizures. Patient was admitted to Hospital from June 23 until discahrge on July 7, 2007. She was given 5 different meds before the seizures stopped and were no longer occurring. (There was some minor eye irritation on June 19, but we are not sure if that was the same twitching that began on June 20.)". none at the time of the vaccination (except vitamins that she has been taking for over 8 months. Rash spread to chest, back, buttocks, lower legs, arms and faced. Described as papular, erythematous and pruritic. No vesciles. Reports injected sclera. No fevers. Went to urgent care center and sent home, diagnosed as viral infection. Going to see infectious disease infection on 7/16/07". none. On 25-JUN-2007 the patient experienced a fever of 103.1F, she passed out, vomited, stopped breathing, and had a seizure. The patient was taken to the emergency room the same day, 25-JUN-2007 and was diagnosed with a severe ear infection. She was prescribed antibiotics (unspecified). On 26-JUN-2007 her temperature went up to 103.8F and she vomited. On 27-JUN-2007 her temperature ranged from 99-101F and the ear infection continued. The patient's status at the time of the report was unknown. No product quality complaint was involved. The patient's convulsion and the event of stopped breathing were considered to be other important medical events and to be serious by the reporter. Additional information has been requested.". Very fussy - crying - sitting in floor started screaming arms and legs pulled intraward body starting screaming. Passed out - arms and legs shaking and jerking.. . . Patient recovered.

MEASLES + MUMPS + RUBELLA (MMR II) problem was reported from MA on July 31, 2007. Male patient , child 1.0 years of age, was vaccinated with MEASLES + MUMPS + RUBELLA (MMR II) on July 19, 2007. "High fever > 103 - 104, rash around injection site and diffusely fatigue.". . None. Patient recovered.

MEASLES + MUMPS + RUBELLA (MMR II) problem was reported from MA on Aug 01, 2007. Female patient , 52 years of age, was vaccinated with MEASLES + MUMPS + RUBELLA (MMR II) on July 31, 2007. Reports 1 week after immunization developed swelling and pain left side of throat. Reports eyes becames swollen and puffy for a few days. Had a rash on upper torso. Also complains that left ear feels blocked. Reports low grad temperature. Saw her physician on Thursday July 26th for persistant symtpms and was placed her on a Medrol dose pack and zovirax. On 7/31 still has swelling in Left throat gland and difficulty swallowing. Reprts medicaton took rash away and has only had slight relief of symtpoms.. Ogen Synthroid. "PCN,Tetracycline, Sulfa, ASA, Flagyl and Latex, doxycycline and shrimp". Patient recovered.
