Immunization given at 5:00 pm on 11/29/2005. the next morning woke up crying for 2 hours, which was very unusual. Temp as high as 105 and never below 101 with Tylenol given every 4 hours. (IPOL) on Jan 2006, 20. My son was hospitalized this past weekend for what has been determined a reaction to the MMR vaccine he received on 1/20. I had taken him to his pediatrician on 1/24 because he had red dots all over him (which I later found out is called petechiae), and was acting unlike himself. They did a CBC which supposedly came back normal the next day. Friday morning I took him back to his pediatrician because the petechiae was worse, his face was bright red, he had fever of 103.3, and was lethargic.
