PE:erythema at suture site on left shoulder. decreased strength in right hand grip. Decreased range of motion laterally. Positive brisk cap refill. After the shot my arm was very sore and then later that evening became more sensitive. When I woke up the next day left arm was swollen upon about 1/3 larger than normal it was like a huge lump soar and swollen it seemed to swell larger and was very hard as the day went on. It remained like that for about 1 1/2 weeks then slowly went down. The arm is still slightly different to the other.. "Prilosec 20 mg, Estrace 0.5 mg". Seasonal allergies-demerol-penicillin.
